When you book a private event with us, we close to the public and dedicate our entire restaurant to your special occasion. We offer an inclusive evening for up to 80 guests, featuring a cocktail hour reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, a seasonal four-course menu, an open bar, and an after-dinner reception.

 

Your event would typically begin with a cocktail reception in our bar area and front room. Our chef will prepare hors d’oeuvres, which our staff will serve along with featured wines and craft cocktails. Guests then move into our Arts and Crafts-style dining room for a formal dinner. The chef will create a menu that includes an appetizer, a salad course, a choice of two main courses, and a dessert finale showcasing the best of the season. We also preselect wines to perfectly complement the evening. After dinner, our front room is ideal for gathering, and the building is yours until 11:00 PM when the park closes.

We offer a fixed price for private events, rather than charging based on final attendance or food and beverage consumption. The cost to reserve North Pond for a private event is $19,000 for Monday through Thursday, $29,000 for a Friday or Saturday evening, and $32,000 for Sunday. Please note that an additional 11.75% tax and a 23% service charge apply. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit on the estimated event charges.
